Rémy Martin's louis XIII (Black Pearl)

Louis XIII de Rémy Martin – the King of Cognacs – is the highest quality cognac in the world. Rémy Martin recently introduced the ultimate in luxury: the limited edition Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Grande Champagne Cognac Black Pearl.

This rare and unique release of the Black Pearl is limited to 786 decanters. The cognac was specially selected from the family’s personal reserve at the historical estate Le Grollet in the Heart of the Cognac region of France. The Cognac retails in some locations for up to $50,000. The Black Pearl decanter is a one-of-a-kind hand-blown Baccarat crystal that sparkles with platinum accents.

The Black Pearl harbours at its heart Louis XIII cognac, the world’s most precious blends from the Grande Champagne, made from 1,200 eaux-de-vie, some of which are over 100 years old. Its connoisseurs include Elton John and Queen Elizabeth II, who was served Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Grande Champagne Cognac in Versailles Palace in honour of her 1957 visit to France. It was also the favourite cognac of Christian Dior and Winston Churchill, who celebrated his election victory with it in 1951.

This the Louis XIII de Rémy Martin original bottle without the Baccarat touch. This bottle retails in most locations for around $1400
